before a contract is signed, i still have two roads to choose-work or not work
if i have signed the contract, my peaceful life will be changed and different from i what dream and had last time-it means i'll work like hell....as what Robert Frost said:"
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."

Luckily,i did not agree to sign....Frankly speaking,no1 will sign that shit contract...
May u all recall back the blog "The Road Not Taken" that i wrote last time...about the contract matter,i would like to share the story when me,doc and my frenz "KWONG SOU" with our future boss at a restaurant(should be a kopitiam kind of shop):

at that night, me,doc and my frenz together with the future boss went to a "kopitiam", found a good place to sit...later,his two frenz came as well...ordered drinks n food blah blah...after tat v started to KWONG SOU..

Boss: Ah Sion, how's ur studies about project,so far ok ar?urs is bipolar plates,rite?
CS: oklo, boss,still studying,but got something not so understand...
Boss: U?how's urs,ok?(ask my frenz)
my frenz:yea...got study,ok...

well,my frenz din say much in all conversation,oni me,doc and future boss KWONG SOU more nia,his de other 2 frenz,just like a VASE character nia.dunno him invited them out for wat but got something as v suspected...he intro them to us by saying that 2 were his bosses..one is gary and the 1 is...(forgot)

Doc: Mr Y...,last time u said wan them sign 3 years,rite??
Boss: yea,i wan they 2 sign 3 years,actually i wan them sign 5 years,in tiz 3 years do research+training..
WHOA!!
CS: Sir, cannot be 1 year meh?it's too long for us dy 3 years...
Boss: No,3 years...
CS: what about 2 years...is too long.ok?
he showed his 3 Golden Fingers, and shook his head..: 3 years.1 week u may work 7 days,actually 5 days but u guys need to come back to work on weekend because singapore company there will send plp to c our operation n work...
WHOA.....SIAO EH!!

at tiz moment,my DOC help us ask..
Doc: may i ask u a sensitive Questions??How much will b their salary??
he stared at us a while..said: i'll follow the market price to pay them since i've decided to take them two as my permanent worker.yea...actuallly i was thinking how much shud i pay after i have bought the machine for the production use.1200...

CS: What?sir??u said RM 1.2K, is it??
Boss: yea...RM 1.2K.that's the good price that i can gip u two.
CS: sir,cannot be higher a bit?as i know my frenz work with know nothing with his work i his company oso can get RM1.6K and get trained in company too.got Probation somemore.
Doc: Mr. Y...give them higher a bit,like RM 1.8 K to RM 2K like tiz according to market price...doing researcher work salary..

Boss: it's too high...do u know when i was young guy i work a few ringgit oni per day,still can survive at tat time..it's good enough dy.Btw,i have no probation to u all.
CS: OT?dun have???
Boss: no...but u may work OT...work from morning till midnight if u wan in order to get the work done faster..

WALAO EH???SWT!!

His face started to show beh syiok a bit already...
CS: sir, if like tiz...i wanna try to work with u for 1 or 2 months 1st,c whether i like it or not,can or not?
Boss: cannot la, i'm purposely to train u two up,den suddenly u say dun wan work,den wat's for i train u 2?sure need to help me work after i have trained u 2...cuz during training i'll spend lots of money on u 2 n also the machine tat let u 2 handle in the future...

i started to b beh syiok dy...KNN,jz 1.2K,work 7 days,if possible work till midnight...walau eh..

BLah Blah...he started to eat Bah Kut Teh with his frenz. 2 plp shared 1 small pot Bah Kut Teh..but it didnt seem like enuv for them...

Boss: u two dun eat??order some food la,got 2 bosses will pay,dun worry...
he pointed at his 2 frenz...

after eating,
Boss: i tell u 2,this project has great potential in the future...it's a golden opportunity,no1 can get it ezly...once u have done the improvement,den v'll comercialize it...and at tat time u 2 will get share in my company after it's developed...den v'll open branch,may b u get chance to manage the bipolar plates branch company and u(my frenz) will b MEA one...blah blah..
WHOA...great future wor...
Boss: u two muz remember,our company work theme is optimization...optimize the product and commercialiaze it...
CS: but v r not ur bzness partner wor...where can v get the share after ur company developed??
he's silent a while...den repeat the same bullshit things again,wat potential ar...chance ar all those things..

Doc:May i ask another Question??wat about the lab???
